- The risks associated with getting it wrong
- Actions they can take to adopt this behaviour
All you need to do is print out the posters, hang them up around the office, and send a pre-written communication out to your employees - it really couldnt be easier!
Licence
Grant of License:
a. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Product for a single use only.
b. Licensee may use the Product for personal or business purposes, but not for resale or distribution.
Restrictions:
a. Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
b. Licensee shall not sublicense, sell, or distribute the Product to third parties.
c. Licensee shall not use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes upon intellectual property rights.
d. Licensee shall not distribute the Product publically.
Ownership:
a. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Product, including any copyrights or trademarks.
b. Licensee acknowledges that this Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Product.
